Why are there advertisements on Zistle?

In order to keep Zistle free, we need to advertise. Since Zistle stores so much data, advertisements help offset our bandwidth costs. We would love to hear your feedback for other ways we can keep Zistle free.

I forgot my password. Can I get a reminder?

If you forget your password, you can reset it by selecting forgot password where you normally login or here. You will receive your reset password via email.

I recently changed my email provider and I have a new email address. How can I update this information on my account?

On your dashboard, select Account Settings to edit your email address and settings.

How do I add cards to my collection?

In the Collection Tab, select edit collection. Search or browse for your cards and select the checkbox to add the card(s) to your collection.

How do I delete cards from my collection?

While you are editing your collection, simply uncheck any cards that are no longer in your collection.

I can't find some of the cards that I want to add to my collection. What should I do?

If we do not have a card in the library that you would like to add to your collection, you can add it to the library. On the library page or when editing your collection, simply select "Add Card to Library" and fill out the simple form to add the card.

I have noticed errors on some of the cards. Can I do anything about this?

If you notice that a card is incorrect, you can flag it when viewing the card details. Click the card you would like to update or edit, select flag card and tell us what is incorrect.

There are some cards in my collection that don't have pictures. How can I add them?

Adding a picture to a card is the same as flagging or updating a card. Simply click the card and click the Flag Button. Upload your pictures in the spaces provided.

How do I add cards to my WantList?

Go to the WantList section in the Trading Tab and click Add Cards to my WantList. You will be able to search the database for cards to add to your WantList.

How do I add cards to my TradeList?

Go to the TradeList section in the Trading Tab and select Add Cards to My TradeList. Select cards from your collection to add to your TradeList.

I want to build my TradeList but only the cards in my collection are displayed. How do I search the Library to add cards to my TradeList?

Cards must be in your collection in order to add them to your TradeList.

I just got some cards that were on my WantList. Can I just add them to my collection?

Your WantList is completely synched with your Zistle collection. If you add a card to your collection and it was on your WantList, it will automatically remove it from your WantList. Likewise, if you update your WantList, the card will be added to your collection.

I recently traded some cards that were listed on my TradeList. How do I update the list?

You can either delete them from your collection or you can update the status on your TradeList and they will automatically be removed from your collection.

How do I break a box?

Go to the Box Breaks Page to find the Box you want to break. Click Break this Box and enter in the required information. Your Box Break will be saved in your Dashboard as well as in our database.

I can't find the box I want to break. What can I do?

We have most boxes from 2005 to present but we may have missed a few. If we have missed a box, please let us know by submitting a request on our feedback page and we will add it as soon as possible.

Why isn't there any box break information on the box I am looking for?

There are some boxes that do not have any box break information because no one has submitted a break. We have tried to offer an overview of the product so that you can at least get some information on the box if no breaks have been entered. We appreciate your patience as we build the Zistle community.
