Zistle Image Policy

Zistle allows you the user to upload images of your cards to the library. Your uploaded pictures will be available for the world to see, so please read and understand the following policy before uploading images:

1. Only post images that are yours or that you have the right to use.
2. If you upload a photo, you are giving Zistle the right to use that photo indefinitely without any recognition or future compensation.
3. Zistle doesn't guarantee that the site will use your photo and we can replace, edit or remove your photo at anytime.
4. Members are solely responsible for any images or other content submitted to the website.
5. Zistle cannot be held responsible for any images posted by its users and does not assume any responsibility to monitor the images or to remove them.
