The Zistle Website lets you submit, manage and share information about your sport card collection with others.
In addition, the Zistle Website may include message areas that allow users to post or send information to the Zistle Website. When you post information to the Zistle Website, other site visitors can also view that information. We urge you to exercise caution when providing personally identifiable information to Beckett or the Zistle Website.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE BY ZISTLE/BECKETT
This policy applies to all information collected by Beckett on the Zistle Website and any information you submit to Beckett or post to the Zistle Website. You will most likely provide personal information to us when you register as a user of the Zistle Website, when you use the Zistle Website or when you participate in certain Beckett promotions or events. The personal information we may collect includes: the information you submit to Beckett or post to the Zistle website, your name, passwords, user names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, debit card information, credit card information and Pay Pal account information.
How do we use your Information?
Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with a personalized, relevant, and positive experience with the Zistle Website.

It is also possible that Beckett would sell the company or all or substantially all of its assets. If we decide to so transfer your personally identifiable information, you will be notified by an email sent to the last known email address in our files and/or by notice posted on the Zistle Website.
THIRD PARTY COLLECTORS OF INFORMATION
Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are bidders, buyers or sellers on zistle.com or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their own privacy customs and policies. Since Beckett does not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy customs and policies of that third party. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
